To go directly to the blogs…

Welcome to the place where I am sharing in one way or the other my passion for food and dining as well my drive to travel and explore our big little world. As it’s more the case these days, I pick my travels in order to get to the food mainly, but there is so much to discover on this globe that I do see beyond the food as well:)

As you’ll be able to see, I am penning down my experiences of the visits I’ve made to Michelin starred restaurants  since the last two years. Does it have to be Michelin starred to be good and enjoyable (and on the blog)? Def not, as a Belgian native, a good steak with fries or good moules or simply good french fries, that can be utter heaven. What definitely will go on the blog as well is street food (how good can that stuff get… drool). You just have to make sure you get to discover the places that then uses good quality base products and then put their love and effort into transforming it into a delight.

For the travel, where to start… It does make you question certain habits and customs of ones own environment, the mentality of the people around you growing up, it does truely enrich one mentally. You get to meet nice, bad, great, hospitable, weird and many more people and puts you in situations that provide you with stories to tell when with friends drinking in Tokyo, on a terrace in the South of France, cruising through the States or gazing at the starry night on the Uyuni Salt Lake or the Ethiopian highlands.

As the blog is new, I am feeding the backlog of restaurants and travels bit by bit:)
